Step 2 — File Your I-526E Petition
Our experienced legal team prepares and files your petition with USCIS, carefully managing every required document — including the critical source-of-funds documentation that forms the foundation of a strong EB-5 application.
Step 3 — Attend Your Consulate Interview in India
Once USCIS approves your petition, you attend your immigrant visa interview at a U.S. Consulate in India — including, for Hyderabad families, the Hyderabad consulate. We prepare you fully.
